WY/US: False Allegations with denying parenting time

I have been the subject of repeated and erroneous false claims - anything from being on drugs, to abusing my kids, to having unstable housing (funny because I pay alimony and child support and make sure my ex also has stable housing?). I keep reading that nothing is done when these claims are proven to be false. The one yesterday was abuse. I don’t even spank my kid, and my ex does. It’s super defeating. I have a lawyer, I just feel like I am constantly dealing with trying to show to the courts none of these allegations are true and it’s disheartening. I also feel like my kids are hearing these things and getting certain views of me that are absolutely uncalled for. This sucks.

*My ex is currently withholding the kids from me due to these false claims

FICO

I have been working on my credit score for some time. My credit usage is under 10%, all my collections that haven’t recently closed are on payment plans, and some revolving stuff is mostly medical. Any late payments shown on my report is due to divorce and house mortgage issues which I recently sold and paid off. I had perfect mortgage payment history years prior.

My FICO 2 is 655 while 3 is 687. I am trying to get a term business loan and worried I won’t get approved because my score is still not very good.

Hello,

I am seeking advice on how to get my MCA’s consolidated to help with my cash flow. I have been in business ten years, got into the MCA pipeline, and I am trying to get to a single position so I can then work to get a term loan. I have a ton of growth potential over the next quarter that would be helpful but I really need to free up my cash flow. I have no trust in most companies who claim to be helpful is my problem. I have around 70 employees, revenue is around 3m/year, and the company can really be great again if I can figure out some help. I have all updated financials, pl, projections, AR, etc, etc.
