Is it CHS?

I have smoked (mostly pens) on and off for the last 5 ish years, but when i was “on” i was definitely dependent/overusing. I usually don’t bring a pen with me when I travel and use it as a T-break. I might have trouble sleeping and eating for a few days but never anything serious. This most recent time I was find for the first 36 hours after last consuming, but around the 36 hour mark I threw up. I threw up all night but was fine the next day, ended up throwing up again a couple times the next morning but was fine again after that. I never thought I needed to go to the hospital since I didn’t get dehydrated, but I did consider going to Urgent Care just because my anxiety combined with cyclical vomiting was a nightmare. Also, I’ve always taken baths pretty much every day but especially when I’m not feeling well, so I couldn’t tell if that symptom was present. Thoughts?

Is it unreasonable to refuse to start work until I receive a written payment schedule?

I am starting a part time nannying job this summer, only a few full days here and there since he doesn’t have full time custody. For context: ND is my boyfriend’s boss of a year so I have a pretty good understanding of his personality. I’m working under the table and told ND over the phone I would need written confirmation of my payment amount/schedule. I emphasized this multiple times over the phone and he said “That seems to be really important to you…” and that he would reply to my text with one but hasn’t yet (it’s been 2 days). I need to send him an email with an itinerary for the kids anyways, and my time to meet with him, call him, and make this itinerary will all be unpaid. Would it be unreasonable to include something in the email like: “I want to reiterate that I cannot begin work until I receive written confirmation of my hourly rate and payment schedule”?
