My roommate used me several times over the last year without me knowing

I'm female and 24. I lived together with a guy in a student dorm. Over the last two years i've only had sex with women and it was time to change the iud. But since I haven't had interest in guys anymore ive decided to remove it.
Sadly it took me far to long to realise what happens.
I thought i was sick but the doctors couldn't find anything.
Even without drinking i woke up dizzy or it was hard to get up which is kinda unusual for me.
There were also other signs when I look back, but it didnt make sense back than.
The roommate in question: during the day he was a friendly and always respectful around me. So i didnt suspect here anything. He knew that i still had an iud, but i haven't told him that I've removed it months ago.
When I was overdue my first thought was that my body had to get used to it again. But then came other signs like hurting breasts and then i took the test.
POSITIVE! I thought that can't be real as i haven't had sex with a guy for two years. I just started to cry for this absurd situation and my roommate has heard me and tried to conform me. Then I told him the situation and then he freaked out and screamed at me. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT YOU'VE REMOVED THE IUD" and I just answered "why should I" and then it clicked and then he admitted that we've had sex when I was drunk. We had a fight after that and in the heat he admitted that he has spiked my drink bottles.
After that he forced himself again over me...it hurt like hell but thankfully he came quickly.
I've reported him to the police but justice takes time....
Gladly I could move out of the room into a different dorm.
