New Mechanic DESPERATELY Missing: 2K27 Wish!
I noticed that there is no concern over a mechanic missing from the last two 2K titles. It is kind of insane that we haven't had more discussions about this now that we have the added dunking depth as well as so many cool shooting mechanics. I really can't understand why we've gone this long with necessary NBA shit missing from the game. Well not entirely missing, which is odd, since it works when playing off-ball or on defense.
The offensive part of this game is hindered by not allowing us true skill expression with a core NBA mechanic: Drawing Defensive Fouls!
Many morons would say this is called "flopping" but as we have watched and seen displayed it is a high degree of skill that we do not currently have expressed in the stats or talents in the 2K Experience.
What are we doing here? Accepting that this has not been implemented yet with the current level of tech they have shown off in these past two entries is heinous.
I move that we as a community begin a petition to bring SGA back next year on the cover of 2K27 with this new robust addition to the offensive mechanics we desperately need!
Think about all of the possibilities in MyPlayer! You make a terribly stupid decision and know you are going to miss? Hit the "DRAW FOUL" button while holding L2! No one will ever be able to steal the ball or touch your arm again in a game.
We can have a whole new way to sink stats with "Acting" and "Flailing".
I just don't understand why this has been ignored for so many years. What the hell 2K!?
