Why am I shorter than my family?

I’m 20 y/o and 5’9
Dad 6’2
Mom 5’9
Uncle 6’4 (paternal)
Cousin 6’4 (paternal)
Cousin 6’4 (paternal)

I was always underdeveloped compared to my classmates
I haven’t grown since 16-17
My biggest growth spurt was from 14-17 5’4-5’9
My hands or feet haven’t gotten bigger since then
My voice cracked around 14 and it’s still relatively high pitched.
Very little facial hair started at 19
No arm hair
Little leg hair
Decent amount of pubic hair and my sack is still kinda small it looks like
Sparse armpit hair. I got it at 16

Is there a reason I’m shorter than my family?
