Okay so update from my last post. The person that did the possible crime i will refur to now on as bandit. Bandit might have been identified! A name was left on the Tag machine this morning. We always clear everything out of the machine after use but today it had a name. So this morning I didn't think anything of it and cleaned out the code. But then when I was informed this morning about the possibility of the theft and then I whent hmm could this be bandit? And turned it into my boss as evidence. Everyone is now thinking I might be a Code error on behalf of the store we don't know it's becoming a giant mystery and if it's not a crime and it does turn out to be an accident that would be hilarious that we all flagged it for inspection. If anything I'll remember this as a day that I wasn't bored at work and was Nancy Drew for a 6hr shift. But it's all very mysterious because there are several cases of missing products that we can't account for. But I'm very invested in this now to know if bandit is actually guilty or if it's an accident of epic proportion. Part of me is tempted to make this into a comic series documenting my wild adventures at work because this feeld like a mystery movie without the hallmark logo attached to it

So alot of people have read My other wild work storytime posts but this one is up with huh?? And what do mean?? So for context I'm a demo specialist for a contract company that gives out Samples in stores. Yesterday I wasn't on the schedule I came in today and everything was a complete mess no biggie that's normal here. But then the manager , that I now have piece with lol, comes over and says "hey that girl that works for yall didn't pay for her supplies and just took everything with her without paying we are charging the employees of (insert company name) here with theft" and im like huh?? What do you mean she didn't pay for anything?? That's not okay? Like what?? And she goes "yeah tell your people there will a police report on this that you'll need to sign I know you weren't here but all employees need to be talked to" so I'm just standing there listening to this like it's the most insane thing I've ever heard because honestly wtf? I'll update later with what I find out from the big boss because this is crazy!!
