Shall I buy FSD for HW3 model 3 2022 before May 21st here in UK to lock in before subscription and retrofit to HW4 as promised by Tesla on the last earnings call

What would happen if HW3 owners don’t purchase this - will there be an upgrade program at cost?

Should I buy FSD for my 2022 HW3 Model 3 before the UK cutoff of the 21st of May for £3400 as I already have EAP

I would be trusting Elon to come through and retrofit these vehicles to HW4 ( he’s said he would in the last earnings call)- If I don’t I could end up with an expensive retrofit anyway - perhaps more expensive than this- my fomo is getting high- thoughts?
