My Samsung A11 is stuck on black screen. I was on tiktok and it was taking a while to load so I pressed the home button and then the screen went black. Long pressing the power button makes the power off/restart screen to show up but pressing any of them just makes the screen go back to black. I tried entering safe mode aswell but that also makes the screen just go black.
