Self Teaching Piano / Theory

I have never played Piano and know very little about music theory and don't read music. My only musicality is I know a number of guitar chords and a few scales and can learn most up to intermediate level songs on a guitar via online tutorials.

I recently inherited an upright piano that I've had professionally tuned. I have also recently suffered a job loss and my type of work tends to take several months to find a new opportunity. (Not looking for sympathy, it was a positive separation) So, that means two things. I have a lot of free time on my hands to learn. But, I really don't want to spend much money on that learning process.

Is there a free online program / website / YouTube channel for Piano that people swear by?

My goal is to actually go slow and learn the instrument and theory the right way vs what I did with guitar, which was just quickly get up to speed so I could play songs. The hope is the theory I learn on piano also helps benefit my guitar playing.

Thanks

Because it's 5/8

A Boost of the Dead pedal came up on Reverb today and I just had to buy it.

Had an alert set for a couple months and kept missing out or also talked myself out of spending the money a couple of times when they've popped up as they're fairly expensive for a boost pedal.

But today's appearance was the sign I needed to jump in.

Now I'm not a very good player, but I'll still have fun with it.
