Returning Player - Need help on who to pull and build
I took a break around 5 or 6 months ago (Chisa's patch) and now returning since Hiyuki looked like a character I wanted and for the Cyberpunk collab. I was wondering if anyone was worth getting if I end up sticking around after the collab. Last character I got was Chisa before I took a break and I just got Hiyuki and her weapon with very good luck so it's my current main team. I still have a lot of content to clear since I'm only starting Rinascita now so I will have a good amount saved after I catch up to be able to pull. I'm planning to build Cartethyia, Iuno and Ciaccona once I unlock the areas to farm their materials. I lost my 50/50 when I was pulling for Augusta and Galbrena and I didn't have enough for Qiuyuan so I'll probably be pulling for them when they re-run but other than that I'm pretty lost on who to pull. Suggestions would be appreciated!
