Hi everyone, I am looking for some help escalating a promo issue. I recently purchased a new phone under the Google Fi promotion ($300 off at checkout + $499 in monthly credits). ​However, Google Fi's system automatically applied a separate $15 bill discount to my account. Because of this automated $15 credit, the system has completely voided my $499 monthly phone credits, claiming I am violating the "cannot be combined with other offers" terms. My case ID is 2-3035000040374. I would really appreciate it if u/googlefisupport or a moderator could escalate this to a specialist who can manually reinstate my phone promo. Thank you!
