When Can I Apply?

My wife and child have now moved to the UK, and I am still back in the U.S., and employed at this time.

My wife left her job on May 6th, and now has a job offer starting on June 1st. The previous job was $65,000 approximately (salary), and the new job is at a daycare, hourly but full time, making about £13.21/hr near Bristol. This means she’d be making a little over £27k per year.

The sale of our home is closing on June 5th and we’re coming away with about $55,000 in proceeds from this after all closing costs are factored, so we have more than enough to supplement the shortfall in income.

Based on this information, when is the soonest I can apply for the visa? I really do not wish to be separated from my child any longer than I need to. Happy to answer any clarifying questions as well.

Does anyone else get furious when they watch the follow up episodes and find out a regular guy donated his piece to a museum instead of selling it? I mean you’ll see a guy who lives in a trailer donating a piece that’s worth generational wealth instead of selling it. These museums are making a killing from people’s goodwill. Let a rich guy buy it and let him donate it.
