I have very little clue on what self harm really is, I just know my girlfriend has been relapsing recently after being clean for a while and I have no idea how to help or what to do. Things like this are hard for me to understand and I just want to be there for my girlfriend and not feel like a burden to her and help her be able to be clean again for self harm. Any advice is appreciated very much.
