I really like to listen to podcast instead of watching YouTube videos of asmr to help against the phone light disrupting my sleep and getting distracted. I haven’t found an asmartist that I really enjoy that uploads on apple podcast. When I look up asmr a lot of NSFW stuff comes up and that’s not what I’m interested in. I love cozylotus on YouTube but I want someone similar on podcast. Tapping scratching and minimal to no talking. If anyone has any good recs I would really appreciate it!
