how do you stay motivated to keep pumping as an under supplier?

my baby is 5 weeks and i've been honestly inconsistent with pumping as i've tried supplements, oats, increasing hydration, pumping every 2-3 hours, power pumping ect and i cannot get anything more than 3 oz a day total. my baby is taking 3oz per feed currently and i feel like it's so pointless to do all this to myself mentally just to pump so little. i feel like my body has failed and im failing my baby too if i decide to not keep going. i've invested in two pumps (eufy s2 and spectra) but i get the same output with both with my correct flange size.

please help :(

i'm currently 2 weeks postpartum and have been exclusively pumping since leaving the hospital and having been told by two lactation consultants that baby won't latch. i've been trying to drink at least 4x40oz of water, lactation cookies, switched from my eufy wearable to my spectra, and pump every 2-3hrs during the day then every 4hrs from 12am-6am.

i'm losing hope and feel like my body is failing my baby and i don't know what to do. my doctor told me to keep trying to get her to latch but even if it's for 5mins of shallow sucking with no milk intake from her due to poor latch but that doesn't seem to do much and just stresses me out even more which i think decreases my supply even more lol. i'm lucky if i am able to give me baby one 3oz bottle of my breast milk daily and unfortunately i have to give formula the rest of the day. any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.
