I am planning to invest in Sterling Eutopia

Pricing is roughly 30k per square yard
Overall project and layout definitely feels premium
Charging maintenance till 2029 and thry will maintain it
Club house is shaping up well
They have 6 to 7 villas already constructed. In future they will come up with Villa project too
Right next to them Subhishi builder is launching 500 acres villa project.

Con - i am getting in phase 2 which is opposite side on road.

Is it worth it with a view of holding for 4 to 5 years and try to sell by using corpus to do DP and buy flat in west Hyd
