Looking for property managers who want a passive revenue stream — STR tool partnership

I’m a founder building a tool for STR hosts (cleaning coordination, job scheduling, photo proof, payments) and I’m looking to partner with a small number of property managers who work with 20+ short-term rental clients.

The idea is simple: you introduce StayReady to your clients as a tool that makes turnovers easier to manage, help them get set up, and earn 30% of their subscription revenue every month for as long as they’re a customer.

At $39/month per client that’s roughly $12/client/month recurring — 10 clients using it is $120/month just for referring and onboarding people you already work with.

My ask from you: refer it to clients you think would benefit, and help them get started (I’ll handle everything after that). Client pays through the platform, I pay your cut directly.

Still early and looking for the right people to grow with, not just anyone — ideally PMs who genuinely see the communication/coordination problem in their portfolio and want to be part of solving it.

If that sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM me. Happy to walk you through the product first so you can decide if it’s actually worth recommending to your clients.

Im a 20yo with >35% equity in a 2 bed 2 bath semi-detached house in a desirable location looking for advice.

Hi all, so as the title suggests ive come to a part of my life where im uncertain about how to move forward, i bought my house a year ago for £165,000 with a 35% deposit, meaning my mortgage is £560 a month as I needed some cash to do it up as it needed a LOT of work which I have sinced carried out. Some load bearing walls, floor joists, new kitchen, new bathroom etc, all high end finish. I bought it with the intention of living there However circumstances have changed and im not too bothered about living there anymore. Wondering what would be the best course of action and if there are any mentors I could reach out to to help me find the best way to make the most out of what I have. I have a decent paying job and currently live with my parents while renovating it so was wondering if a lump sum sale or a month withdraw like renting would be in my favour. Im completely new to this and really dont know a whole lot about it, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are luxury apartments in India worth the premium, or is it mostly marketing?

I've been seeing a lot of new "luxury" apartment projects across Indian cities, and I'm wondering how much of the premium is actually justified.

On paper, they offer things like clubhouses, concierge services, co-working spaces, smart home features, landscaped gardens, better security, and premium locations. But when you compare the price difference with a good mid-range apartment, the gap can be huge.

For people who already live in one:

  • Do you actually use most of the amenities?
  • Has the resale value or rental demand been noticeably better?
  • Are the maintenance charges worth what you get?
  • Would you buy another luxury apartment, or choose a regular society in a better location instead?

I've been reading different market perspectives, and one interesting point I came across on Investors Avenue (http://investorsavenue.co.in/) is that long-term appreciation often depends more on location, infrastructure, and developer reputation than on luxury branding alone. That made me question whether we're paying for real value or just better marketing.

Curious to hear from homeowners, investors, and even people who decided not to buy luxury projects. Was it worth the extra money?

Dubai’s next trophy asset may not be a villa in the sky but the boardroom above it.

Premium full-floor office for sale in AHS Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road / DIFC.

• Approx. 6,925 sq.ft. full-floor office
• High floor: Level 66+
• Approx. AED 6,000 per sq.ft.
• Total approx. AED 41.5M
8 parking spaces
• 360° skyline, sea, DIFC & Sheikh Zayed Road views
• Direct Metro access
• 69-level landmark tower
• 17 high-speed elevators
• 500+ parking spaces
• Expected completion: Q4 2026
• Architecture by Killa Design, known for Museum of the
Future
• Two dedicated amenity floors for meetings, wellness, networking and executive hospitality

Why it makes sense:
• Dubai Grade A office supply is tight
• DIFC/SZR remains one of the strongest corporate addresses
• Office rents have been rising sharply across prime districts
• Premium offices are becoming scarce, especially full-floor assets
• Strong rental potential from finance, family offices, law firms, tech and regional HQ tenants
• Potential for capital appreciation by handover
• Commercial offices can deliver stronger yields than many residential assets
• With financing, return on equity can improve if rental
income and capital growth outperform borrowing cost

This is not just an office. It is a long-term business asset in one of Dubai’s most supply-constrained commercial corridors.

Pre-Launch: Arvind Sarjapur Road — Premium 3 & 4 BHK opposite Wipro

If you’re tracking the Sarjapur corridor, this one’s worth a look. Arvind Smartspaces is launching a new residential project directly opposite the Wipro office on Sarjapur Main Road — one of Bangalore’s most active IT-adjacent micro-markets, with quick access to ORR, Electronic City, and Whitefield.
Project highlights
5–5.5+ acre development

2 basements + Ground + 18 floors

~440+ residences

85%+ open space

40+ amenities, 15,000+ sq.ft. clubhouse

Configurations
3 & 4 BHK

1500–2300 sq.ft.

Designed for cross-ventilation and natural light

Location: Sarjapur Road, opposite Wipro Office.
Pre-launch access: Early access is open via a refundable EOI of ₹2 lakhs, which gets you priority on unit selection before public launch pricing kicks in. Standard early-mover advantage — no return guarantees being made here, just first pick of inventory and pre-launch pricing, which is usually the real upside in projects like this.
Happy to share floor plans, payment schedule, or RERA registration details to anyone interested. DM or comment.

Sterling Eutopia

Hello all.

I am planning to invest in Sterling Eutopia

  1. Pricing is roughly 30k per square yard

  2. Overall project and layout definitely feels premium

  3. Charging maintenance till 2029 and thry will maintain it

  4. Club house is shaping up well

  5. They have 6 to 7 villas already constructed. In future they will come up with Villa project too

  6. Right next to them Subhishi builder is launching 500 acres villa project.

Con - i am getting in phase 2 which is opposite side on road.

Is it worth it with a view of holding for 4 to 5 years and try to sell by using corpus to do DP and buy flat in west Hyd

Am I the only one opening 5 different websites to research one postcode??

Unpopular opinion: UK property websites tell you almost everything about the house and almost nothing about the area.
You can see:

  1. Floor plans
  2. EPC ratings
  3. Number of bedrooms

But the things that often determine whether someone actually enjoys living there are much harder to find:
How safe is the area?

Is public transport actually usable?

Are there decent amenities nearby?

Is the neighbourhood improving or declining?

Would you want to live there long-term?

A few of us have been building Zonely to tackle this problem by turning postcode data into a simple Civic Score.
Before we go further, I'm curious:
If you could see ONE metric for every UK postcode that isn't currently easy to find, what would it be?
