I want to follow this strategy to buy my first home — what do you think?

I don't have a lot of money right now, but I want to buy an apartment/flat in the future.

The strategy I'm thinking about is:

First → Build stable income sources

Then → Take a home loan

Buy an apartment/flat

Rent it out

Use the rental income to help pay the EMI

I know there are risks — vacancy, maintenance, taxes, interest, and the possibility that rent won't fully cover the EMI.

But I want to follow a strategy like this to eventually buy my own home.

What do you guys think?

If you've already bought property or invested in real estate, what strategy would you recommend instead?

I'd genuinely like to hear your experiences and different approaches. 👇
