Lower floors have either Garden Views or Swimming Pool views

Higher floors are over 👀 looking into someone elses apartment

So I'll prefer lower floors. Also in Mumbai the higher you go the more you pay so no point in paying a premium if unr looking into some elses bedroom and vice versa

Now v r not allowed to sit on our bikes and eat in the Huge open Green compound.. It was bilssful then

At 150 Bucks made with Pure Ghee and Special Dal Pakwan Masala added to the Dal No one comes even close to it

Was on my way to a meeting and was passing by when i saw NO 😲 QUEUE outside Benne, Bandra. I was shocked

In the afternoon Benne Juhu was full 🫄

I immediately stopped the Auto 🛺 n went straight right in

Was one of the First Customers of Benne, Bandra

The taste n texture is exactly the same.

I e said before n saying again the Idli Wada does not get the same love 🩷 as their famous sibling Benne Dosa BUT try it, especially the Wada with Black Pepper. U will love it

Dessert i had Mysore Pak with Ghee

Enjoyed the food and it was sheer bliss. Just couldn't believe my luck 🧧.

The Khar Outlet has sitting arrangement unlike the linking road one which is just a stall on Fashion Street

This has both AC and Non AC sections

First time i had dined it was Chicken 🍗 Biryani. Didn't like it much. Ppl told me its famous for Sea Food and i made a mistake ordering Biryani. Well Point 👉 taken

Today was 🚶 walking and passed it so i sai why not try.

To play safe i asked the waiter what are they famous for and he said Punjabi Fish 🦈 Fry. They are famous for their Basa Fish. A Board is pinned to the wall about that.

I said well let's order that.

My mistake - i assumed it grilled.

When it came it was basa fish dipped in maida or atta and fried. Now unlike a onion or aloo pakoda where both the atta and the main ingredient have taste here only the atta had taste. The fish obviously was bland. He gave Purdina Chutney along with it which i felt is a mismatch.

I would have preferred Grill or Fried Garnish with some sea food sauce or masala

Overall not to my liking

At 500 bucks it ok BUT i prefer Jai Hind at Pali Naka any day

Rasraj next ro Khar West Station has launched Thali for 220 bucks which is a good deal considering its Khar West

Most Udupi Restaurants in the vicinity have stopped Thali so this is a welcome change

Had been to ITC Grand Maratha - They have a live kitchen Seperated by Glass. Took some pics BUT the quality was v poor even after editing compared to the remaining pics

For Authentic Food None Can Beat This

Expensive BUT worth every paise

Paneer Starter + Dal Bhukara + 2 Butter Nan (in laccha Style) + Gulab Jamum costed 6.50 grand

The Paneer is Melt in The Mouth & The Quantity is Huuuuuge

Their World Famous Dal Bhukara is bang on the spot - No un necessary Masalas nor does it hv that gelatinus taste or chewy nor is it mixed with rajma like others - It simply melts in your mouth.

Their Butter Naan is made in Laccha Paratha style i.e layers. Can eat properly unlike other places where its chewy

Gulab Jamum - Full Mawa and properly soaked.

Tips - Ask for the Chaat Masala sprinkled on the Onions and Sprinkle it on Dal or Starters Its Awesome

U can Avoid the Starters, Paneer costs ₹2400) & Gulab Jamum costs ₹850 and either save the money Else spend on Main Course Items

They do not have service charge added & u eat with your hand like Indians
