Hi all, I’m considering booking a flat in Myhna Vistara and wanted to get a reality check from the community before committing.

A few things I’d love input on:

•Pros/cons of the project itself,construction quality, builder reputation, amenities actually delivered vs promised
**•**Has anyone here already booked or taken possession? How has your experience been so far?
**•**Any red flags or risks I should watch out for?

Pricing question that’s been bugging me: I’ve also checked out a couple of nearby projects ,one is more affordable than Myhna Vistara, and interestingly, **Sanjeevani (**same general location) is actually priced higher, even though I understand it’s closer to possession. That price gap seems unusually large for projects in the same area. Can anyone help me understand what typically drives that kind of difference (builder brand, land cost, unit specs, floor plans, etc.)?
