I am trying to add to my paypal digital card balance from my capital one discover debit card. It gives me this error any time i try to transfer money: "We’re having trouble with this transaction, Try again with another debit card or bank account." It let me add funds to it just a couple days ago and now it's not letting me. Called my bank and they said that there werent any issues on their end so i know for sure its paypal. getting really sick of this.
