Hi All! I am in the midst of applying for Italian citizenship and because my dad lived in Switzerland (Lausanne) for 7 years they require documentation from Switzerland indicating that he did not naturalize. I have his little Swiss work visa booklet with all his stamps in and out of the country, but that will not be enough proof. Is there a certificate or letter that I can apply for that will state he did not naturalize? It will need to be an authentic document from the government with an apostille.

Apologies if this has been posted before. I received HW that documents are required from Switzerland to prove my dad didn't naturalize in the 80s. I have his little Swiss work visa booklet with all his stamps in and out of the country, it clearly says he is Italian. Does anyone know if they have a CONE equivalent document that I can order? He lived in Lausanne (Vaud Canton).
