Hello,

I applied for a sponsor-dedicated CRA position at IQVIA and completed the hiring manager interview over 2.5 weeks ago now. After the interview, the recruiter relayed that they were aligning internally but received positive feedback, except I have not heard anything. My workday is still in the ACTIVE tab.

Is anyone else stuck in limbo? Or could provide background as to why such a long wait when there’s numerous positions open?
