Hello,

I applied for a sponsor-dedicated CRA position at IQVIA and completed the hiring manager interview over 2.5 weeks ago now. After the interview, the recruiter relayed that they were aligning internally but received positive feedback, except I have not heard anything. My workday is still in the ACTIVE tab.

Is anyone else stuck in limbo? Or could provide background as to why such a long wait when there’s numerous positions open?

I recently accepted and got the all clear to start my CRA position with IQVIA (FSP: Lilly) and start in a few weeks/days. One email confirmed I should receive “equipment” the Friday before my start day. Can anyone who recently started confirm what you received(what all equipment you get), what do expect, and more info about first day, etc? Also do you get any sort of welcome stuff (I’ve read some people didnt receive anything until after or the day before, and just laptop and printer)? What’s the likelihood that I’ll be able to receive the 5% AIP bonus? When does that typically happen?

Any one on here work for IQVIA? Does the insurance pay for GLP1s? Tia
