This showed up overnight (bottom lip), never had a cold sore all my life but yesterday was one of the most difficult emotional days in a while. I’ve got ptsd and I’ve been travelling with my family for a week and an episode got so bad I could not catch my breathe for hours and ended up in the ER at 1 am.
Trying not to be contagious but also trying to figure out if I showed be worried or not. zoomed in really deep because i believe those dark spots are raised little bumps.
