Impossible to answer Copy Trading Questionnaire correctly

I've been on eToro since last November and been copy trading since. Took the knowledge quiz a couple of times and I could freely copy trade(even traders with risk rating 7), buy/short with leverage, trade crypto. However about a month ago something changed and when I wanted to invest more into existing copy with risk rating 5 I had to undergo the quiz for copy trading again(?). Since then I've been failing every day in this test no matter what I put in the answers. I checked the correctness multiple times even with various AIs, tried to check if there are any specialities on eToro platform but I still fail. I've contacted support multiple times but it's either AI bot on the other side or a human interacting like bot - we cannot influence that, this is a regulation of EU. WHAT??? I can freely short with x10 leverage and buy shitcoins but you block me from investing into existing copies of traders with risk rating 4? No matter how I answer the background questions in the questionnaire, complex products are still not for me...a month...
