Are there any other MB steering wheels that can be swopped over that are slightly smaller?

Just bought an SLK280 (2009) the previous owner installed a cheap Android Auto unit from Alibaba. Can't figure it out.

Looking for a Kenwood/JVC/Pioneer recommendation....to complicate things the car has Harmon Kardon which apparently adds expense to the instal, something to do with fibre optic connections?
