My partner of 5 years has cheated on me, I’m still in the middle of trying to process it and figure out how to move forward. Part of me wants to look at her phone and see the messages and confirm what she’s saying is true. But the other part of me doesn’t want to go through that incase it’s worse than I’m picturing or she’s saying. Has anyone else felt like this and can you give me your opinions on if it helped you heal or made the pain worse.
