new tourbox not pairing nor connecting via cable
Hi guys
I just ordered and opened my tourbox and was looking to use it but have not been able to get it to work at all. I first tried pairing by long pressing the button on the back, and got the initial flashing orange signal on the front. I connected it to my mac via bluetooth, but disconnected it myself after it not appearing at first on the tourbox software and then forgetting it on my mac. Since then I haven't been able to turn on pairing mode at all. I tried taking out the batteries, switching the batteries, etc. When I switch the power on to green it just shows a dim light, so I knoe the device is powered and on, but just the pairing would not work no matter how long i pressed. I then tried connecting the tourbox via cable to my macbook to see if that would work, but it doesn't even register as connected on the app either.
