Note Later Added: From all the replies and comments I came to the conclusion that Hostinger is spending liberally to PR companies to defend their stand. Now please go through the comments keeping this in mind. I have written what I have faced. From this post I realized how toxic this PR companies can become. I tried to post the screenshot which clearly shows there is no "Human Support" but Reddit is not allowing.

Hostinger was good before. It is okay if it's working good for you. However if you have any issue and need to contact their customer support then you are lost because now hostinger doesn't have any human support agent, but only a very confused AI. It doesn't understand the basics of a conversation and lacks the support skills. It keeps on repeating the same thing again and again until you get irritated to the core. Even if you change the subject it keeps on repeating the same thing. Recently i had multiple issues and I was left alone with zero support.
My plan is expiring soon, planning to move away from hostinger for good.
