Help please
Good evening—can anyone help me out? I have a K1C that I received as a gift; it has the CFS installed. Everything works fine when I print in a single color, but when I attempt a multi-color print and the machine tries to purge, it starts banging around and gets stuck—just like in the video. I’ve already performed a factory reset and recalibrated the purge area, but the issue persists. Customer support hasn't been able to offer any solutions either. Please help—what could be the problem?
