Hyundai i20 petrol 1.2L, 2013

It’s directly above the AC compressor behind the water pump below the alternator. Any ideas what it is? It seems hard to get access to it, I thought it was thermostat housing but I’m not 100% on that after looking at the part online

Is this oil or just dirty coolant?

EDIT -water pump out now - coolant from engine block is clean and there is dirt all around pump - still hope for my i20
