This Sunday May17th to play some goat format if anyone would like to join will be there from 12 to 3

Can someone tell me what the actual cut off date and set is for this format. I look online and see some decks made with cards that say get are not legal in goat format when I look them up from what I understand it’s the April 2005 ban list and anything from Cybernetic Revolution and beyond is not goat legal
