Structurally sound legs?

THIS IS A MODEL!! Very new to woodworking and thought a good start would be to build a workbench. I couldn’t draw these details so thought I would take some scrap and make a small model for me to wrap my head around the configuration of the legs. I will add another set of boards that run across near the bottom of the legs but just trying to picture the top of legs and how it will work. The second pic is how my top will sit framed in. Does this look good?

Need help! Questions about tile removal

First time removing tile and need help or any other tips anyone can think of. My grandparents are remodeling and a guy quoted them $10k to remove this tile from their kitchen. I told them I could do it and save them a ton of money so here I am. I have no clue what is under this tile so if anyone could help me with that and give me some tips on how to remove it that would be great. My biggest question is that this tile runs underneath all of the cabinets and appliances so I’m wondering how to remove it cleanly far enough underneath the cabinets so that you can not see it. Any tools I should get that would help me greatly? Not sure if this is relevant but the new flooring they are putting down is laminate flooring. If I’m missing anything else please let me know. Chances are I do not know your info or tips so please help me. Thank you guys and any help is very appreciated. I hope I’m asking the right questions.

How hard to make a butcher block?

Hello, any help is greatly appreciated. I know very little about woodworking and have very little experience. I want to make this for my wife. I am very determined and also have a bunch of time on my hands. I have access to a woodworking shop so tools are not an issue. My question is how difficult will it be for me to make this. Is it less skill but a ton of time? Tons of skill and time? Does anyone know of resources I could use for a step by step guide to build it? Thanks for any help or advice.
