For the summer uniform where officers wear the outer carrier, do they get to decide whether they wear that or wear the regular uniform shirt over their vest? Or do all officers wear the outer carrier

Just got fired from a sales job i started 4 days ago. They said it’s because I’m young and lack experience (b2b sales) and think i need more experience but left on a good note still getting paid. Will this hinder me when applying?
I already have something lined up I’m starting shortly and will stay at for the duration

Ever since Jan of 26, I’ve lived in four different places. I plan to apply to become a Police Officer in about a year. I want to know if this will be a problem
First place I lived (aside from my grandfather’s home) was an AirBnb as I was moving out of state. My job was an hour away, so I only stayed there two months and then left. I left because my job was an hour away, and I wanted to be closer
The second place I lived, I lived there for 2 months. I had a 1 year lease and the lease/landlord stated if I didn’t stay/give notice of leaving he would keep my deposit, which he did when I left, never said anything to me when I left. The reason I left was because I was working a commission job where I wasn’t making much money, so I took another job out of state (I found on Indeed)
Now the third place I’m leaving I’ve lived for two months and I’m leaving because this commission job I worked at has low pay, long hours, and was not a great workplace. The place I’m at, I found on marketplace, and we didn’t even discuss rent the guy just said if you want the room it’s yours, and I payed him what he advertised on facebook. No lease no nothing. He just all the sudden said i have to pay him another month’s rent as I’m leaving. I’m 99% sure he won’t go after me for it
I want to know, is this going to hurt me going through the process? I plan to stay at my new job and stay put in my new place. I know my past landlords will be spoken to and I’m hoping this won’t hurt me as I’ve been in bad financial decisions and pretty much am trying to do what I can to survive and do well until I can become a police officer.

I interviewed for a sales position at a Mazda, crushed the interview, they loved me and said I would be great and they would hire me but it’s up to the insurance. I’m 18, one at fault accident (not total loss), had my license since 16 (2 years.) Do you think I could get approved by insurance or should I try car sales again in a couple years? I really want to do this.
