I am an F-1 graduate student currently on academic probation, and I recently received an internship offer related to my degree. My school may not approve CPT because of my probation status.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What options did you try? Did speaking with your Program Director, academic advisor, or international office help in any way?

Any suggestions or experiences would really help.
