Hello folks. I came for my internship this summer and wanted to know how people find other people to hangout with (app? website? stroll?).

Today I walked over to Dolores park and played volleyball with some people but was not comfortable enough to ask contacts.

In NY we had a whatsapp group where different plans/meetups were organized and people according to their interests and avaibility. Does that happen here?

I am just looking to pass my time over the weekends :) Thank you.
