Treadmill with 180kg capacity?
Hi, I'm f24 and am currently 386lbs and wanting to change that. Due to Agoraphobia, I can't leave the house to exercise but prefer walking to doing YouTube workouts. So I'm here looking for suggestions.
I need a treadmill that can handle up to 180kg (400lbs) because I bought one previously and didn't realise it was actually a 160kg capacity and can't use it without the smell of burning rubber (which I assume is because the motor can't handle my weight). Some say to avoid specific companies, others don't, and I don't know what to trust. I don't care about the price, I'm willing to pay what I have to for a quality treadmill that can handle my weight 30 mins - 1hr daily. I'd prefer something foldable or at least can be pushed up as I'd prefer to use it in my small room, but am willing to let that go if its good quality. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
