Urgent Question on Work Experience Requirement
Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the healthcare category-based draw under Canadian PR/Express Entry.
Assuming a candidate has already met the eligibility requirement of at least 1 year of continuous full-time work experience in an eligible healthcare profession in the past 3 years, can they then add additional work experience from another paid role that is not healthcare-related to increase their total years of work experience/CRS points on their Express Entry profile?
In this situation:
1)The healthcare experience already satisfies the healthcare draw eligibility requirement. That is, the person has accumulated, within the past 3 years, at least 12 months of full-time work experience in an eligible healthcare profession.
2)The additional non-healthcare role was also legitimate paid work with evidence such as payment records, employment letters, etc.
Would the non-healthcare experience still count toward the overall Express Entry profile/CRS score for the healthcare draw?
Thanks in advance.
