Bonnel mx755 firmware update broken

MX-775 stopped working after firmware update + suspension PSI question
Hi everyone, I have a Bonnell MX-775 that is basically brand new. When I was still able to connect through the app, the odometer showed only about 1 mile.
The display arrived cracked from shipping and has never worked. Since the bike worked perfectly fine without the display, I never bothered replacing it.
Recently, I opened the Bonnell app after not using it for a while and was following Bonnell’s video going through the different settings and options. I noticed there was a firmware update available, so I started the update.
Everything seemed normal until it was almost finished. Near the end, the bike suddenly disconnected or shut off before the update appeared to fully complete.
Ever since then, the bike will not provide any power to the wheels. The bike itself still powers up, and I have power to the controller, battery, throttle, mode buttons, etc. My phone can also still detect the bike over Bluetooth, but when I try connecting through the Bonnell app, it eventually times out.
Everything worked perfectly before attempting the firmware update, other than the display being broken since shipment.
Has anyone had something similar happen after a firmware update? Is there a way to reset, reflash, or recover the firmware? I’m also wondering if the broken/non-working display could be preventing the system from communicating or recovering correctly, or if I need to replace the display or another component.
I also have a suspension setup question. I weigh about 185 lbs, and my MX-775 has an SR Suntour RUX EVO fork and SR Suntour TRIAIR2 rear shock. What front and rear PSI are other riders around my weight running?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
David
