Job change anxiety

Hello every! So I have a dilemma,

I work in education as a teacher, and I recently had problems with an Assistant Principal this year. But in my district, there have been signs of bullying throughout, and after our recent ordeal, I started looking for other jobs because I didn’t want to be fired or bullied. I got two job offers: one was only a $500 increase, and the other was not even a $2000 increase.

My problem starts here. This is the Principle that I got into it with, who is leaving (THANK GOD🙏🏽), and with the year coming to a close, I’ll have new students next year (didn’t really enjoy this year's students) and I created deep bonds with some of my coworkers, with whom I don’t just talk about work

This new school that was smaller will be starting all over. One of my mother’s friends told us her testimony at the school is specifically stated for me too RUN! But my mom tried to show me that that was his third experience and mine might be different. I did a mock lesson and I actually enjoyed the students :) though that was one lesson and I really don’t know what I could be walking into since I was advised not to transfer over from a current employee

I also have to take into account Step increases and cost-of-living raises. I currently work in a public school with a job offer from a charter school, but run by the same district. There’s been talk about not getting step increases this year so I would assume that would apply for that school as well.

I keep going back-and-forth on the matter. Is it really worth starting all over for not even a $2000 increase? I’ve been leaning towards staying at my current job though I’ve had a hard time with these students this year. I have a whole new bunch next year. And I’ll get to stay with my coworkers, whom I love dearly. I also plan on moving this summer and trying to start a master's program soon and I don’t want any added stress on me. what would you do if you were me?
