Ever since i’ve been taking oral birth control in January i’ve noticed more dryness that makes sex uncomfortable without lube. I cannot get as aroused as I used to. Every time I have sex I will get fissures on my perineum that sting but aren’t too unbearable. They will heal but come back after sex that was not adequately lubricated. I’m tired of this what can I use or do? I currently use coconut oil and aquaphor. This is what it looks like after moisturizing, which I do a lot as a dry easily.
