I joined Accenture as a fresher in 2025 Nov. We were one of the first batch who did pre onboarding training and then cleared My competency assessment before our onboarding.

*Now in February they told us to register for POBL and give an assessment on a domain related to our project.*

My question is for the seniors who have knowledge about this... Although we have multiple attempts but what if I can't clear the POBL assessment? I'm asking because I got a sub-domain which was not my primary skill nor related to my project tech stack. It seems impossible to learn a new tech while already learning my new project related tech stack.

Can anybody give the answer - what can be the consequences of not clearing POBL assessment? Please...

I clicked one phishing test link sent by Accenture security team. The warning was If I press such link 3/4 times more, I'll be included in their Phishing Prevention Program (PPP). How good or bad is that? Does it affect my career like PIP in Accenture?
