White noise from the iPhone 17 Pro Max Camera

If I open the camera app in a quiet room, I hear a mechanical clicking sound. When I bring my ear close to the camera, I also hear a fan-like noise. My phone is an iPhone 17 Pro 512GB Deep Blue. I bought it one week ago. Should I return it? Is this normal?
