THIS BRAND SELLS POISON
I was a lab tech for NYHO. I was forced to quite my job there because the company refuses to follow cGMP, OCM and OSHA regulations. New York Hemp Oil sells cannabis under the brands Florist Farms and Blotter Concentrates and Head & Heal.
Blotter live resin is not "live" or "resin". They are marketing an unmeasured mixture of THCA isolate powder and HTE as live resin. This is what I would call "legally distinct live resin". I say unmeasured because there are no standard process instructions for anything. Every "tech" does it their own way and so every production run comes out differently. "Tech" is in quotes because most of the operators have no fucking idea how any of this equipment and chemical processes actually work.
This lab is not clean, safe, or sanitary. cGMP is not followed at all. The hand wash station for lab techs to wash up is next to the toilet. The lab is full of mold and standing water that is loaded with biofilm and visual colonies of bacteria. NYHO only runs moldy, freezer burnt, and dirty weed for their concentrates. Any of their weed that is even remotely marketable goes into a jar for sale. The rest of the "clean" weed is ground into pre-rolls. Customers' weed is also run through the same rig, with no decontamination in between runs of the mold. I don't think their customers would like to know that they are getting their weed pushed through a mold hole. The company also extracts runs of unknown biomass from trim and factory floor sweepings and then relabels it as a specific strain.
Their distillate comes from some of the most disgusting recovered ethanol I have ever seen. They just throw any material into the distillate rig and run it: rolling papers and filters, dirt and garbage scraped directly from the floor and washed into the ethanol.
I reported all of the violations I could find to OSHA and OCM and nothing was done. OSHA got a letter from NYHO saying that all of my complaints were addressed. The lie detector determined that was a lie.
Please do not buy these products if you value your health, as you cannot be sure that you're getting the strain on the label and I can personally guarantee that it is all moldy.
