What is this?
I have a swollen lump on my gum under my tongue. It's hard to the touch and quite painful when eating (similar to cold sore pain) I had a root canal on the adjacent tooth over a year ago. I'm wondering if it's related? I would appreciate any insight 🙏🏼 I don't even know what that area is called
