First time making and trying this one, had all the ingredients already so figured why not
2 oz of Aperol
1 oz of London dry gin
0.75 of lemon juice
0.25 of simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and enjoy
2.5 oz of pizza flavored vodka
0.75 oz Dolin vermouth
Stir glass with ice until chilled then strain into glass
Add some drops of extra virgin olive oil and garnish with cocktail onion

One of my favorite summer drinks. It was a 90 degree day in SoFlo and wanted something refreshing.
Recipe:
Prosecco, Aperol, splash club soda, splash of lemon juice with an orange slice
Typical portions are 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts, Aperol, 1 part club soda.
I personally put less club soda, just a splash. Splash of lemon is a nice refreshing touch
