rework/ tattoo regret
I got this tattoo almost two months ago (the ginkgo leaves not the luna moth) and since have experienced so much regret and dread over it. It’s way bigger than I planned and I feel like it looks unfinished/ lacking depth. I feel like there’s too much space in between the leaves, they don’t look very much like ginkgo leaves, I hate that the two leaves are lined up perfectly on the side of my arm, and it’s so flat it looks unfinished. I’m trying to chalk a lot of it up to the fact that it’s just a big piece in a spot I see all the time so I’m getting adjusted to it and nitpicking but is it a bad tattoo? I’d definitely like to rework it and add some shading to it to give it more depth but i’m unsure of how else to fix it. I also feel like it looks out of place with my fine line tattoos and would maybe like to add more softness to it. please be kind
