KLM increased price by 10% as I was entering details

Can I ask people's opinion on this? It's not a massive amount of money, more a matter of principle.

I was booking a flight from Schiphol (for my mother), as I was clicking through to the payment page, I received a message that they had increased the price by c 10%. I had to book it, as I had no other choice. I asked the customer service why this happened. They said that it is the algorithm and that price isn't agreed until payment is made.

This seems crazy to me that this is acceptable, both ethically and legally. I'm not a fan of dynamic pricing, of course, but even if there were an argument for in some cases (which I don't believe there should be) to switch the price as I'm queuing to pay without any explanation really feels like it should be a matter for a consumer watchdog. I presume Albert Heijn couldn't have one tag on the shelf and then another price by the time I was at the cashier, right?

Does anyone have an opinion?

I feel silly for owning BRK

Hi All,

Over the past 5 years, I've tried to be the sensible one in the room by buying BRK B while all my peers were buying Nvidia and the likes. I've 50% of my portfolio in Brk. I've been very confident for a long time that it was the right move. But recently it's been killing me. I feel silly. I have 5% return over years from my brk b investments. It feels like at this point that there is very little that can happen, even long term, than can validate my hypothesis and my belief in this company.

Can anyone give me rational reasons as to why I should hold or why what I did was the smart move? Thanks.
