Just finished my first year and I was so focused on getting a good GPA that I realized I didn’t really get any extracurriculars nor did I get to know anyone well enough for a reference letter. How have you guys done it?

Literally can’t get an interview. I’ve applied to at least 200 places but not one interview. I’ll be taking summer school and was wondering if anyone is making money online? I figure hopefully this will be easier to do and should to more convenient. But nothing sketchy please.
